Go ahead and use our Profiles Feature to hold your customer's, employee's and vendor's banking information.
If your Excel file doesn't have the banking information - that's okay.
All you need are two columns in your Excel file:
--Amount
--Name (or ID Number)
The system can perform a lookup for each line in your Excel file and merge it with the banking information that you have previously stored securely in ACH Universal.
You can start the Excel Import Wizard from the ACH Universal Home Screen.
The Wizard enables you to select a file or 'copy and paste' from a file open in Excel. You can then review your records and check your control totals. You can repeat the process if you have multiple files.
Once you've imported your Excel file(s), you can review the summary totals and/or the detailed transactions will be included in the ACH file.
Upon a succesful review, you can create the ACH File.
