All major functions are Wizard-driven
1. Start Bank Rec's Excel Import Wizard.
The Wizard enables you to select a file or 'copy and paste' from a file open in Excel.
You can then review your records and check your control totals. You can repeat the process if you have multiple files.
Tip: If you have an outstanding check list from the prior period - import this as well into your G/L data.
2. Click the Matching icon to trigger Automated Transaction Matching.
Our Automated Transaction Matching (ATM) is preconfigured and ready to run out-of-the-box.

Create your own custom matching rules in both Bank Rec Corporate and Advanced editions.
Select additional records to match, if any.
After running the Automated Transaction Matching rules, you can view your unmatched items, if any.
While many items are typically timing differences, such as deposits in transit or outstanding checks, you have the ability to match records as needed.
